We all want to enjoy life, and eating is obviously a huge part it. Whether you like cake and ice cream or a big plate of spaghetti and meatballs, we all know that no matter how good it tastes, the ingredients are undeniably, not the best option for a healthy body and mind.
Many of us seem to continue down this unhealthy road and repeating this lifestyle, that we all know has a negative impact on our lives. The phrases we all tell ourselves like “I will start tomorrow”, ” I really need to lose weight”, or “I need to eat healthier” are what we know in our minds , but keep putting it off to a later date. If dieting did not carry such a negative emotion with it, I believe we all would start immediately. The solution is to be able to find a balance between our daily comforts, to maintain a sense if normalcy, and remove the undesirable feeling of restriction.
I have found a way to make this positive lifestyle adjustment successful and I would love to share it with you, so you can feel the benefits too. These small changes improves lives without FEELING like you have had to make many uncomfortable sacrifices in order to achieve your goals.
First, you must sit and think of the REAL reasons you are wanting to start this process we all call “DIETING”. When you think of your ultimate goal, is it just weight loss or is it also wanting to feel more energetic, eliminate current health problems or trying to prevent future health issues? Basically, we just want to feel better and live a good life right? If we focus on how we want to feel instead of how we want to look this entire journey becomes easier.
We must realize people have different body structures, metabolisms, life styles,and priorities. A certain appearance may be your main objective, but I feel it should NEVER be the ONLY goal, unless you are looking to compete as a body builder, which most of society is not looking to achieve.
I keep wight loss as a background focus in my program, because this result will automatically follow, if you concentrate on being healthy to live longer, and desire a life full of energy. As we get older, even in our late 20s-early 30s, mobility issues can slowly creep up on us, and become a difficult part of life. This is all part of the ” feeling better” lifestyle, to control and overcome these obstacles, and not let them take control of us.
My lifestyle change is a gradual process, in small doses, so your everyday schedule seems unchanged . This process becomes second nature and many who feel the benefits in the early stages, tend to advance to the next level, even before the recommended time frame. This is why this program has amazing results.
